6 Amazing YouTube Channels to Love

Did you know that YouTube is the second biggest search engine in the world? Every month it receives more than 25 billion visits. And if you’re like me, you probably love visiting channels to learn about everything from mindset and self-improvement to cooking thanksgiving turkey.

People just love watching YouTube in different ways. According to Brandwatch, one-in-two watchers use the platform to figure out how to do things they haven’t done before. And one-in-five use it to understand things happening in the world.

So, here are my top 6 YouTube channels that might help you improve your mindset and motivate you to be your best self. It was tough to choose just 6 for you. I am subscribed to more than 50 and watch regularly. But just like my post on favorite podcasts for 2019, the rotation does change from time to time.

My Favorite YouTube Channels Right Now

Brendon Burchard – Brendon’s channel is a treasure trove of personal development advice. You’ll probably love the Brendon Show or The Charged Life. There are hundreds of videos on motivation and inspiration from this #1 New York Times bestselling author.

Matt D’Avella – Matt is a filmmaker, YouTuber, and podcaster who explores what it means to live a good life. His production quality is out of this world. I especially love his 30-day trials as well as his take on minimalism. And if you’re into Patreon, you can sign up for even more content.

MuchelleBAustralian blogger Michelle Barnes smashes out videos a couple of times each week. Her niche ranges between self-growth and habits to minimalism and productivity. Her videos have a gorgeous aesthetic. Most recently, she’s been publishing on topics such as intentional living and planning your life.

The Holistic Psychologist – Dr. Nicole LePera is HOT on Instagram right now. But if you’re looking for an authentic approach to consciously creating a new version of yourself through healing, her channel is a must-watch. She covers everything from breath work and meditation to trauma and healing.

Yoga with Adriene – Do you believe that yoga can improve your mindset? There are many great reasons to practice yoga. It calms the nervous system and improves mental clarity. Yoga also helps increase circulation and release positive brain hormones like dopamine. And dopamine makes you feel happier and gain a more positive mindset. Adriene’s channel is one of the most popular on YouTube. When I began my own quest for a more joyful life, this was the first yoga session I ever tried. Yes!

Tom Bilyeu – Tom is an American entrepreneur best known as a co-founder of Quest Nutrition. His channel is like a candy store for self-development and improving your mindset. I’d suggest going to the playlist where you’ll find his latest show, Conversations with Tom, alongside the Impact Theory series.

And yes, as though things couldn’t get better, Tom’s wife Lisa Bilyeu, has her own channel, Women of Impact. I bet you’ll love Lisa’s interviews as much as Tom’s. What a powerhouse couple.
